Do you offer rough and final cleaning?
Tell us your project stage. Rough cleaning, final cleaning, and return touch-ups can be scoped separately, depending on site conditions.
What should be ready before final cleaning?
The agreed areas should be accessible, with utilities available and heavy construction complete. Ongoing trade work can create more dust and may require a separately quoted return visit.
Is debris hauling included?
Bulk debris hauling, hazardous material removal, and cleaning requiring specialized access are not assumed. Your quote will identify inclusions and exclusions.
